Avocado Toast with Homemade Bread

Avocado is a delicious fruit that detoxifies and supports skin hydration. This fruit is known as a super food because it has a ton of benefits. Avocados are also good sources of energy. I love them because they are very filling and can be incorporated in any meal of the day. Slice some up, lay it on top of some delicious homemade bread, add a sprinkle of black pepper & sea salt and enjoy! I make my bread completely from scratch, I find that it taste much better and I like to know exactly what is going into my food. However, any bread at your local food store will do just fine.

  1. I can eat avocado on bread! It’s funny because I really hate avocado, like i can’t deal with the texture when it’s by itself. But, this right here for some reason when I eat it on bread it’s freaking amazing!!

    1. Amaazinggggg! And you know what’s also good, substituting mayonnaise for smashed avocado the next time you grab a sandwich !! You have to try it 😊
